Functions:

  • Providing exceptional daily living assistance to patients.
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs accurately.
  • Assisting patients with mobility and physical therapies.
  • Administering prescribed medication and documenting the same.
  • Assisting patients with personal hygiene, feeding, and dressing.
  • Collaborating with the nursing team to ensure quality patient care.
  • Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are adhered to.
  • Participating in regular staff meetings and continuing education programs.
