The Role of the Restaurant General Manager
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for developing and operating a cost-effective operation which exceeds guest expectations through the service of high quality food and beverages in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The Restaurant General Manager has overall responsibility for all aspects of the restaurant; in particular, as related to sales, profit and the development of people.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
We are seeking individuals with six years’ experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high volume, high end Fine dining establishment. Prior experience in various capacities in all positions in a restaurant preferred. College degree or equivalent experience.
