An established leading Appliance Service Company is looking for a self-motivated, experienced Appliance Repair Technician III is a highly skilled professional responsible for advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of complex and specialized household appliances. This position requires in-depth technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to handle sophisticated appliance systems.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Conduct advanced diagnostics on intricate issues with specialized household appliances.

· Perform advanced repairs on specialized appliances, ensuring a high level of precision and adherence to manufacturer specifications.

· Identify and procure specialized parts for advanced repairs, manage parts inventory, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure availability of necessary components.

· Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that all repaired appliances meet customer expectations.

· Excellent customer service abilities in dealing with customers to resolve technical, logistical and scheduling issues.

· Maintaining a safe working environment following all safety regulations and procedures.

· Perform quality work with honesty and diligence and follow company procedures and values staying abreast of industry advancements.

Essential Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent is required. Vocational or technical training in appliance repair is required.

· Five (5) years of experience in installation, troubleshooting and repairing diverse household appliance issues.

· Verifiable experience in developing quotations for repairs and installations of replacement equipment.

· Knowledge and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex and specialized household appliances is required.

· Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to address intricate technical issues are required.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers in a polite and affable manner.

· Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends.

· Valid driver's license with a good driving record and any required certifications for advanced appliance repair.

· Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy appliances.
