WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As an entry-level Appliance Repair Tech, you work hard, pay close attention to what you're being taught, and emulate the values we adhere to. You learn our software and procedures, then start training for your first appliance type. After training is complete, you go out in the field with experienced techs and assist them with that appliance. They mentor and train you on everything from client relations to effectively troubleshooting and servicing.

With more experience, you are ready to go on the road and work on that appliance for customers. After all repairs, you communicate to each client how to properly operate and maintain new equipment. When jobs are completed, you fill out documentation about recommendations, repairs, readings, and observations. Once you've mastered this appliance type, you are trained on the next appliance. This process continues until you are a Master Technician! You also take classes to expand your knowledge and skills. You enjoy helping the team and can't wait to advance in this rewarding career!
