Our client, Incredible Tiny Homes, located in Newport, TN represents a dream to provide affordable and comfortable housing for everyone. Randy Jones founded Incredible Tiny Homes in 2014 with a passion to pursue a professional standard of craftsmanship in the Tiny Home industry and since that time, the company has seen dramatic growth.

Due to their rapid growth, we are seeking to hire an experienced and motivated Sales Specialist to join their amazing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people find their perfect tiny home. Incredible Tiny Homes strives to make sure every potential lead is given the insight and help they need to determine if their product is right for them. As part of the sales process, you will help potential customers understand the value propositions of their product, navigate permitting requirements, and provide site preparation, delivery, and installation guidance.

The ideal candidate loves finding the right fit between customer and home; understands zoning, permitting and utilities; and is passionate about the mission of delivering high-quality, low-cost homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on lead generations.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience throughout the sales process.
  • Be an expert resource to new customers on the complexities of owning and installing a tiny home including zoning and legal requirements, insurance, site preparation, installing utilities, etc.
  • Provide customer feedback and market insights to our internal teams.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or similar industries.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with an ability to convey complex product information in easy-to-understand terms.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Genuine interest in and understanding of tiny homes.
  • Comfortable working in an environment that requires a lot of walking.
  • Collaborative team player that is comfortable assisting with general office tasks such as answering telephones, and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Positive and friendly personality
