Recruit Secure is collaborating with a growing Healthcare company that is seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Director for direct hire. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices, outstanding people skills to partner with our leadership team to set and meet corporate goals and to collaboratively work with our employees in all aspects of the Human Resource function. Additionally, the Regional HR Director will help build, manage and collaborate with the team. This position is based out of Montgomery County, PA. The company is offering an excellent salary (based upon experience) and a benefits package if offered.

Some Responsibilities:

• Proactively provide strategic HR direction to the organization, developing and implementing human resources policies, programs and services to support organizational growth and development.
• Maintain positive employee relations and resolve employee concerns through meetings with managers, supervisors and others.
• Advise senior staff on policy, regulatory compliance with City, State and Federal employment laws. Ensures company and HR policies and goals are being met.
• Provides guidance and interpretation of HR policies while recommending and implementing best practices
• Work with the leadership team staff to boost employee retention, and address talent management goals and issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience. SPHR certification a plus but not required

• 8 years Human Resources experience and at least 4-5 years in a senior management role

• In-depth knowledge of employment laws
• Familiar with regulatory compliance of state, federal and local DOH rules guiding Skilled Nursing Homes
• Ability to build relationships with diverse constituencies
• Strong judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to travel to facilities as needed
