Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Orange Park, FL. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients. This includes assisting with record retrieval requests, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of records to our clients.
