The Senior Finance Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in configuring, implementing, maintaining, and customizing Recor’s financial systems. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand primary needs and goals and create solutions to drive process efficiency and automation. You will help the business improve their current usage of our financial toolset and scale our systems and processes for future expansion.

Essential Job Functions

  • System Configuration: Configure and customize financial systems to align with business requirements.
  • Data Migration: Oversee data migration processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Workflow Implementation: Assist in implementing workflow processes within financial systems.
  • User Access and Permissions: Manage user access rights and permissions.
  • Troubleshooting: Address system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve problems.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline financial workflows, reduce manual efforts, and enhance accuracy.
  • Reporting: Prepare financial reports and other relevant materials.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of financial systems, processes, and configurations 
  • Financial Data Management: Ensure proper governance and controls in managing financial data.
  • Project Management: Possess strong organizational and project management skills.
  • User Training: Provide training and support to finance teams and end-users on the use of financial systems and new features.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience as a subject matter expert with financial applications such as SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Hyperion, and Blackline.
  • Experience in Finance/Accounting with a multi-national manufacturing company.
  • Experience with QAD, Concur, Coupa, and Planful a plus.
  • Experience in biotech industry a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience transforming businesses through enterprise-wide large-scale initiatives like financial modeling and ERP implementations.
  • Strong project management, change management, analytical skills, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, systems setup, and management reporting.
  • Proficient in data analysis and automation tools, as well as common office platforms (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills; able to effectively communicate and build relationships with stakeholders, process teams, leadership, and third parties.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in an agile and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative, startup-paced environment.

$159,637 - $190,400 a year
Commensurate with experience, skills, education and training.
