Construction Project Manager.
Recon360 is growing and expanding our construction team! As construction experts, Recon360 provides in-house design with reconstruction, roofing, painting, and maintenance divisions dedicated exclusively to homeowner association communities. We are committed to serving the board of directors with our expertise in waterproofing and building exterior solutions. As we expand our project base, we have an immediate need for Construction Project Managers in Northern California.
Construction Project Manager Job Responsibilities:
· Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
· Orders necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
· Makes sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
· Work with construction managers.
· Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports.
· Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
· Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.
· Writes and submits testing and inspection logs, quality assurance reports, and punch lists.
· Ensures that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed.
· Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.
· Works closely with HOA management staff and board of directors
Construction Project Manager Qualifications and Skills:
· Knows how to use popular construction project management software, including but not limited to Paylocity, Google Drive, Wintac, Salesforce.
· Builds strong relationships with clients, contractors, construction workers, and office staff.
· Supervises construction superintendents.
· Excels at organization, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) not a deal breaker
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Five years of construction experience
This is a full-time position with typical hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm. Recon360 offers a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, holidays, supportive culture, and team building.
Salary range is $80,000 to $125,000 based on experience.
