As our new member of the IT team, you will have the chance to help understand, manage, and optimize a number of industry leading tools at a rapidly scaling, high-growth startup. This person will have the opportunity to assist the Technology Operations Manager with building out and refining our zero-touch endpoint deployment strategy, configuring an internal ticketing system and defining SLAs, setting up and maintaining integrations between various internal tools, and most importantly, creating an intuitive and user friendly technology environment and providing red-carpet support for our end users!

Desired skills and experience:

• 1-2 years experience in an IT support/operations role
• High-level customer service orientation with a focus on end user experience
• Comfortable working directly with executives and other senior leadership
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand/empathize with users
• Experience managing and supporting Macs and PCs (we are about 70/30)
• Knowledge of and experience with MDM tools such as Jamf, Kandji, Addigy, Mosyle, Intune, etc
• Working knowledge of ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, FreshService, and so on
• Basic network understanding and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge and experience with O365, Google Workspace, Hubspot (or other CRM tools), Zoom Suite (Meetings, Phone, Whiteboard), Slack, Zapier, etc
• Experience with IdP solutions such as Okta, Azure AD, JumpCloud, Google SSO, Onelogin
• Bonus points (not required but nice-to-haves):
  
  • Scripting and automation experience
  • Okta workflows
  • Experience with call center platforms like Five9, CallRail, RingCentral, Dialpad etc
  • Basic understanding of SOC, NIST, CIS and other security frameworks
  • Experience deploying and managing iPhones/iPads
  • Fundamental knowledge of Apple Automated Device Enrollment (formerly DEP), Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Autopilot/Intune/Endpoint Manager
