JOB HIGHLIGHTS

  • Will provide administrative support to President and Executive Director and oversee office operations.
  • Able to work independently in a small office to manage responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Provide production support for diverse mix of training programs and seminars.
  • Will receive professional coaching and participate in training and development programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for office operations, administrative support, and production of training materials.
  • Oversee correspondence, scheduling, & other administrative support for President / Executive Director.
  • Create and update client records and databases with appropriate / relevant information.
  • Prepare / submit reports, develop presentations / contribute to client proposals.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, client billing, and various bookkeeping duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Successful experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or relevant roles.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, QuickBooks, and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.

SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Starting Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (depending on experience.)
  • Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, annual bonus, and 12 days of PTO/year.
