We’re looking for a motivated friendly and "up beat" real estate executive assistant to assist the principal broker and complete administrative and marketing tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the broker and clientele, screening messages and notifying the broker of important information, and overseeing schedules and travel arrangements. You’ll also be responsible for organizing office records and customer data, ordering office equipment, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. $42,000 - $50,000 Depending on Experience

• Take notes and deliver messages from phone calls, emails, memos or reports to the broker
• Liaise between the supervising broker and clients
• Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential
• Support the real estate office as needed with other assistant duties, such as picking up orders
• Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records, and buying office equipment

• Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner
• Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service
• Real estate experience preferred but not required
• Can work on deadline and handle private client information
• 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar
