- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or account management
- Strong knowledge of technology sales, including software, hardware, or IT solutions
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, for managing customer interactions and tracking sales activities
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the company and the customer
- Ability to identify business development opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Technical aptitude to understand complex products or services and effectively communicate their value to customers
