Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Concierge/Receptionist. As a Concierge/Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
1 Must be at least 18 years of age
2 Must have required Health Screening, TB Test, and Criminal Record Clearance
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Answer all incoming calls in a friendly manner.
2. Greet all visitors who enter the facility with a smile and direct where appropriate.
3. Support Care Team in monitoring any resident requests for assistance.
4. Administrative support and duties as requested by management team.
5. Assist in welcoming tours or visitors who are interested in the community, as well as inquiry calls.
6. Sort any packages or deliveries for residents.
7. Coordinate any room service requests.
