Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, personable, and skilled Customer Service Representative at our Morgantown, KY location. This position has a direct impact on the success of our Morgantown, KY plant.

Use your Customer Service Knowledge to:

Enter Receipts
Coordinate inbound and outbound load scheduling
Invoicing and Buying/Selling shipments
Enter and update inbound/outbound loads in BEST Logistics system.
Prepare, reconcile, and send weekly and monthly reports to customers and management.

Qualifications:

This position is right for you if you have a minimum of four (4) years of previous Customer Service experience or an Associate Dregree and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
