Reach LTC is Hiring a Human Resource Manager Near Cedar, MO

Position Summary:

This position will have a huge focus in Recruitment, Retention Hiring and Onboarding. Your responsibilities will include ensuring full cycle recruitment is performed on all of the positions you support. You will lead the recruiting efforts for the roles, regions and areas you support in partnership with Operations. Ensuring proactive partnership with operations and HR to meet or exceed business plan objectives. Assist in the analysis of staffing mix and open positions and provide operations with recruitment and/ or staffing alternatives to meet business plan objectives. Develop area specific and non-traditional recruitment strategies for healthcare professionals to achieve hiring goals.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Partner with the Director of HR in the formation and rollout of HR initiatives
  • Support the employment and payroll processes as needed at community locations
  • Assist in training Human Resources Coordinators as needed
  • Process employment offers, status changes and employment terminations for community location
  • Assist with the distribution of and training on new and revised HR related materials to community HR Coordinators and Executive Directors

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years general Human Resources experience from which knowledge of employment, payroll and benefits administration can be acquired is necessary
  • Experience in Recruitment
  • Prior experience supporting multiple locations
  • Proficiency in multiple computer applications including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to train others in the application of Human Resources administration processes
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to support HR needs at our St. Louis locations
