Our Shared Future “I enjoy the flexibility of the hybrid role and being able to focus on the customer's financial needs.” – Customer Relationship Specialist You and Your Job: As a Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS) you will be successful owning the customer loan package from application through booking, manage the coordination and delivery of a complete loan documentation package reflecting the borrower’s needs and support the ongoing relationship with external clients as a liaison for loan maintenance request. The Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS) is a member of the Rural Operations team and supports the process of document preparation and closing of Agricultural loans for New Clients, Renewals and Modifications in partnership with the Relationship Manager and Financial Analyst (Customer Deal Team). The Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible for performing uniform task within the nCino /Salesforce Workflow Tool in addition to variable tasks which are unique to the specific deal. The Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS) Teams will be aligned to and support a specific portfolio of loans and external clients remaining assigned from application through booking. Job Responsibilities: Participate in Customer Deal Team meetings to coordinate and share details, options and solutions to accomplish the goals of specific clients and loans. Reviews loan approvals for approval conditions and prepares loan documents; reviews the appraisal approval and drafts any other necessary collateral documents to insure required level of perfection. Send finalized closing documentation for client execution, obtain and upload executed documentation into source system. Communicates directly with title companies/closing media, borrower, internal and external legal staff. Maintain and support the ongoing external client relationship to act as a liaison for loan servicing requests. Your Promise to Us To be considered for the Customer Relationship Specialist role, you must have; Minimum of 2 years of experience in Lending. Working knowledge of commercial loan structures, loan documentation and collateral type and lien perfection. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, or government regulations. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest accrual and percentages. We are Growing a Better World Together. Salary Expectations: Target Hiring Range: $60,000.00 - $69,000.00 This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular position includes all other benefits provided to Rabobank employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
