Our engineers and expert builders will take the 3D renderings and custom build everything from large trade show booths, activation kiosks to detailed realistic props and 3D scenic elements.
Job Summary:
We are seeking to fill two positions in our Project Management department. Both positions will require the PM to be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.
One Project Manager will have an emphasis on creative (graphic design, renderings and shop drawings) working closely with sales and the Creative Director.
The second Project Manager will require a fabrication background to coordinate projects with our fabrication team.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and according to our quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and possess excellent communication skills.
The position will require some traveling (San Francisco, Las Vegas, San Diego) and occasionally to work on weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Receive project from sales team and establish a plan with our lead project manager to carry
the project from rendering to fabrication to on-site assembly
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
