Are you a passionate, self-starting individual with experience in product trials/beta testing? Ring is looking for a Community Coordinator that is customer obsessed, has bias for action, and wants to learn and be curious. You will join Ring Insights Community Team to support Program Managers in managing highly successful alpha, beta, and delta tests that bring new products to market.

Primary Objectives include:

• Recruiting and onboarding trials participants prior to project start

• Provide support to trials participants via DM and Email

• Ensure users have the necessary hardware and/or software to actively contribute and participate in the project

• Support outbound & return logistics of prototype devices in-field.

• Maintaining internal knowledge articles

• Working in a wide array of internal software tools to support trials

• Ad-hoc tasks including data entry, report creation, template creation, etc.

• Meeting all performance and quality metrics

• Initiating process improvement projects within the department and driving them through to completion

1. Basic Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree

• 1 years customer service experience

• Experience working with high-volume processes

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel

• Ability to take action and ownership of situations with minimal guidance

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Experience working in Product Organizations, especially product trials

• Experience with analytics, reporting results and identifying trends through data.

• Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software

• Ability to multi-task & prioritize, with strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Experience with SQL, Jira, Confluence, UPS Worldship, Tableau

• Experience managing & scaling communities with active users
