Responsibilities for our Door-to-Door and Call Sales Representative at RCO:
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential clients within assigned territories.
- Educate customers on RCO's cleaning services, highlighting the company’s commitment to responsible and professional services.
- Actively pursue new leads and follow up on potential customer inquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and achievements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in direct-to-door sales, preferably in the cleaning industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of cleaning practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
