Find opportunities, close orders and service them well to develop deep relationships; “Consistency develops relationships, relationships develop the business.”Hands-on activities include:Provide timely and appropriate customer contactDrive regular interactive communication with the Warren Team in Customer Service, Production and SalesUpdate and maintain company CRM and RTS systemsMeet and report on assigned metrics for territory growthParticipate in weekly Monday video meetings with the Sales and Leadership teamTravel as needed to customer locations to further develop relationships.Lead, mentor and train current and future customer service repsDevelop and coordinate best practices for customer responses and communications.
