Healthcare Recruiter – Hybrid – Manhattan, NY

Overview:

  • Full-Time
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Hybrid - 3 days in person / 2 days remote

Job Summary:

  • Ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting allied health professionals in New York City and nationwide locations for school, nursing home, and hospital settings on a temporary short-term and long-term basis.
  • This individual will have the support of an extensive and very successful recruitment team and tremendous financial resources.

Job Duties:

  • Perform full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
  • Recruit for health care candidates by developing networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Create and maintain lists of potential targets for particular openings.
  • Work with credentialing team to make sure candidates have all necessary and up to date licenses.

Qualifications:

  • (1) year recruiting experience in healthcare roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required.
  • Previous staffing experience in hospitals preferred.

Compensation:

  • $55,000 - 65,000 base salary commission structure
  • Comprehensive benefits
