Status: Non- Exempt, Part Time – Monday Tuesday Wednesday 20 hours/week 

Hourly Pay Rate: $18.85 per hour

 Job Duties:

The successful candidate will assist RCIL in processing payroll to over 3000 employees.

• Assist in processing weekly payroll utilizing ADP payroll system.
• Design and run routine and investigative reports on payroll, time and attendance, and overtime hours.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies, and address issues and questions regarding payroll. 
• Prepare required reports, including weekly payroll general ledger entry.
• Provide excellent and timely customer service to employees and managers.

 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Two years of experience processing payroll or data entry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Interest in working and communicating with people.
