RBC Bank (Georgia) NA seeks a Senior Product Manager in Orlando, Florida to define the innovation product strategy and roadmap. Work closely with subject matter experts to obtain a common vision and a clear definition of the product to be built. Research market needs and coordinate with external and internal SA&I capabilities to provide industry transforming solutions. Perform customer research to understand matters that require attention and resolution. Participate in external conversations and facilitate brainstorming sessions with partners to enhance and support the technical capabilities required to deliver the products on the roadmap. Initiate beta and pilot programs with early-stage products. Work closely with the technical project manager to drive innovation. Leverage RBC data platforms to derive research, test consumer behavior and run analytical POCs as needed to validate products. Remote work permitted 2 days per week. Requirements: Master's degree in Information Experience Design, Information Technology, or related field, plus 3 years of experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive design and implementation of customer facing product initiatives, including the development of the product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and requirements. 3 years of product and interaction design experience, focusing on understanding customer's needs and expectations. 3 years of experience leading user research initiatives including user-testing, qualitative and quantitative research, design validation, and Alpha and Beta testing. 3 years of experience with design and prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, Invision, Principle and Zeplin. 3 years of experience designing and building end-to-end mobile payment systems within the financial space.
