Disney's Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management (IAM) Group is responsible for providing a Core IAM ecosystem of products and platforms in use across the company by cast members, employees, and partners within Disney's Business segments and Corporate functions. Our vision is to provide modern IAM capabilities and services that are simple, seamless, and secure to protect our workforce, our data, and our brands.
What You Will Do:
We are looking for a Sr. Manager, IAM Product Management, who will guide the IAM Product team in defining product landscape & capability matrix. As a leader, you will help develop detailed product requirements & lifecycle maps, drive product POCs, and guide engineering delivery by working with cross-functional teams within Enterprise Technology.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop your team to define, plan, validate, prioritize, and complete results for our IAM services in coordination with IAM domain architects, service managers, platform engineers, software engineers, and our operations teams.
  • Support the product management team and activities among 40 product, platforms & services.
  • Take ownership for team performance and results, establishing and leading budgets, resourcing plans, and annual planning.
  • Establish platform/capability visions, strategies, roadmaps for the Enterprise IAM product portfolio in alignment with company goals.
  • Inspire cross-functional teams to envision and define new product features, requirements, and implementation plans. This includes internal and external resources to ensure that products get to market per specifications, within budget and on schedule.
Must Have:
  • 10 years of related experience in leading IT / enterprise technology teams in supporting identity and access, enterprise platforms.
  • 5 years of confirmed experience with implementing or maintaining large-scale IAM solutions.
  • Experience with Products/Vendors: Okta, Active Directory (AzureAD/AD), Ping, Azure AD, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Siteminder. Single Sign-On (SSO); Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Identity Federation, SSO, HCM (e.g., SAP, Workday) and IAM Data Integration.
  • PAM, IGA
  • Protocols/Standards such as SAML, SCIM, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP, FIDO2, Kerberos.
  • 5 years providing leadership and oversight for Product teams.
  • Cross-functional technology skills in areas such as public cloud, SaaS and on-prem applications and platforms, devices, and remote access
  • Expertise with Agile methodologies and delivering solutions through sprint planning activities
Nice To Have:
  • Knowledge of critical data handling such as COPPA, PCI and PII, GDPR, Safe Harbor
  • Familiarity with deployments and integration of IAM solutions with public cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
