Raymond Ghermezian, APLC is Hiring a Legal Receptionist Near Beverly, CA

We are currently seeking a Legal Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical work and project coordination, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate projects and events as needed
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
