It is the responsibility of the Immigration Paralegal to handle a wide variety of tasks in a rapidly changing world. The ideal candidate for this position will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong attention to detail. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and be able to work well with both colleagues and clients to ensure that each matter is completed to the highest possible standard.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and counsel regarding U.S. immigration.
• Complete legal forms and correspondences.
• Perform legal research to support other attorneys.
• Be responsible for managing case files, which include gathering documentation and evidence.
• Aid in administrative tasks to ensure the timely completion of cases.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and members of the agency staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
