LHH is Hiring an Immigration Paralegal Near Chicago, IL

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an Immigration Paralegal in Bloomfield Hills, MI with 3 years of experience as a paralegal with a background in immigration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and will assist attorneys in all aspects of case preparation for temporary and permanent visa petitions, applications for adjustment of status, asylum, naturalization, and other immigration matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications with USCIS, EOIR, DOS, and other government agencies.

  • Conduct research on immigration laws, procedures, and regulations.

  • Prepare forms, letters, and supporting documentation for immigration applications.

  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records.

  • Assist in managing attorney calendars and scheduling appointments.

  • Provide general administrative support to attorneys as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an immigration paralegal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and immigration case management software.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of immigration laws, procedures, and forms.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
