Raw Seafoods is Hiring a 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative Near River, MA

The Customer Service Representative or CSR will help customers by setting appointments, processing orders, corresponding to inquiries and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Enter customer orders. 
  • Communicate with customers and transportation companies. 
  • Communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery and pickup according to schedule. 
  • Interact with customer by telephone or email to provide information about orders or obtain details of possible order issues. 
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. 
  • Demonstrate desire to succeed as well as grow with the company. 
  • Demonstrate polite and positive professionalism in all work-related activities. 

Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent. 
  • Proficient in inventory software databases and WMS systems. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
  • Good organizational and time management skills. 
  • Familiarity with warehouse practices. 
  • Dependable and able to multitask.

Physical Requirements

  • Parts of this position will require occasionally sitting at desk. 
  • Walking and standing are required regularly. 
  • Frequently requires standing, fine dexterity, sitting and handling. 
  • This position will be utilizing machines, tools, equipment, and work aids, including but not limited to: telephone, calculator, printer, copier, binding machine and automobile. 
  • Computer Equipment and Software: desktop computer- Microsoft Office.
