Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. If you have a passion for cars and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Upsell and cross-sell vehicles, accessories, and additional services to customers
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Conduct outbound sales activities such as cold calling and prospecting
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar role
- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Proficient in basic math calculations for pricing and financing options
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting information to potential buyers
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques is a plus
