Rarebreed Veterinary Partners is Hiring a Recruiting Coordinator Near England, ND

Recruiting Coordinator

**This position is based out of the Northeastern United States & we would love to see candidates in: Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, New York and New Jersey! This position is remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel and relocation for hired candidates via our travel platforms.
  • Assist Hospital Leadership Teams with Applicant Tracking System in troubleshooting and learning the system when needed.
  • Speaking with and assisting on clinical summer job offers for years 1-3 veterinary students.
  • Assist recruiters in creating working interview offer letters for candidates.
  • Managing Help Desk requests for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Assisting recruiters with job postings on the AVMA.
  • Creating SOPs when needed and altering existing ones when changes in process occur.
  • Sending “Snappy” gifts via Recruiters as needed.
  • Assist with creation of Relief DVM offer letters when back up support is needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Teams, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Organizational skills
  • A desire to grow and learn within Talent Acquisition
