Als Call Center Agent (m/w/d) bist du erster Ansprechpartner:in bei telefonischen Anfragen rund um unsere Employee Benefits Produkte. Welche Aufgaben du übernimmst: In dieser Position betreust du unsere Kunden im Rahmen des telefonischen Kundenservice – von Bestellfragen, über Vertragsfragen, bis zu Fragen rund um unsere Employee Benefits Produkten. Du verwaltest und aktualisierst unsere Kundenkonten und alle dazugehörigen Stammdaten in unserem CRM-System, Salesforce und weiteren internen Systemen. Mit deiner stressresistenten Art bearbeitest du Beschwerden lösungsorientiert. Womit du uns überzeugst: Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung oder einem Call-Center. Du bist freundlich und professionell im Umgang mit Kunden am Telefon und kannst dich selbst gut organisieren und strukturieren. Dabei arbeitest du gerne Kunden- und lösungsorientiert. Du hast eine ausgezeichnete mündliche Ausdrucksweise, idealerweise auch in Englisch. Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office und CRM Systemen, idealerweise Salesforce.
