Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience in the field to join our dynamic team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in capital markets, with a strong understanding of equity and fixed income trading. Proficiency in Sentinel tools is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to capital markets activities.
- Utilize Sentinel tools to facilitate data analysis, reporting, and risk management processes.
- Develop comprehensive business models, workflows, and process documentation to support trading operations.
- Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, addressing any issues or concerns related to capital markets activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in capital markets to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets.
- Strong proficiency in Sentinel tools, with hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent understanding of capital market domain, including equity and fixed income trading.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus.
