Our team members have proven experience leading strategic initiatives within the civilian and IC Government agencies.RCS is seeking an experienced Cloud Analyst, with a current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, to advise in the design and management of cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy as a member of the multi-cloud management advisory services team supporting national security objectives. You will be at the forefront of the IC’s push toward achieving multi-cloud objectives and establishing a foundation that will evolve across all agencies within the IC. The Cloud Analyst will advise in designing and managing cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategies in a cloud-agnostic-based architecture. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud computing and technology systems and experience advising the best practices for security and privacy in cloud implementation and integration in the commercial cloud environment. They will provide unbiased, independent advisory services on cloud services’ use, performance, and delivery. This position requires the candidate to be located onsite in Herndon, VA.What you will do: 

• Incorporate security management and privacy requirements into cloud hardware, software, and applications 
• Maintain up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology (e.g., Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud, and IBM Cloud) 
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine approach and feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
• Responsible for aggregating, maintaining, analyzing, updating, and reporting on cloud service consumption/ordering, billing, spending, and utilization metrics. 
• Responsible for aggregating, maintaining, analyzing, updating, and reporting workload performance metrics such as workload placement, trends, thresholds, alerts, breaches, issues, problems, and recommendations

• Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph 

• Minimum of 5 years experience specific to the skill of analytics (Tableau, Microsoft BI, Confluence etc,)
• Previous experience as a Data Scientist, Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Data Analyst or Requirements Analysts. 
• Benefit/cost analysis, data analytics and PERT techniques
• Data Analytics and Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)
• Certification and/or demonstrated technical knowledge in multiple cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud, and IBM Cloud) 
• Experience with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
