FedGeek is currently looking for a Cloud Software Analyst for our client. The position is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist users through the creation and maintenance of SharePoint, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate applications.
• Steward any outside requests (e.g., SharePoint App Catalog, third party applications) through SDSO's internal vetting and approval process, which includes code review and process stewardship. Each request is unique to each application type request received.
• Create, document, and maintain the system change management and acceptance process associated with the creation and maintenance of SharePoint, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate and coordinate all associated third-party applications through the change management and acceptance process.
• Function as the primary contact to triage all tickets for our client's Cloud Applications Division.
• Supply tiers two and three support for Production Support tickets or manage their associated responses.
• Submit support tickets to outside CAB vendors and providers, as necessary.
• Document features, create material, and maintain the CAB SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Center of Excellence sites for AO and Court IT support staff.
• Create and maintain documentation for all tasks and operating procedures.
• Create PowerApp and PowerAutomate solutions.
• Work with the ISO and Cloud Administrator to address any issues and security findings related to SharePoint Online, PowerApp, and PowerAutomate.
• Support AvePoint products to end users.
• As the technical lead on assigned projects, complete the project in accordance with the Change Advisory Board criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience of Master's degree and 7 years of experience.
