RCS is seeking an experienced Requirements Analyst to analyze information technology (IT) requirements in business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis and collaboration across (IT) teams. Apply advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.Clearance: Public TrustRequire Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ demonstrated experience with software requirements management in a Federal IT setting.
- Training in Agile software development. One or more IC Agile certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of software product life-cycles, requirements elicitation and documentation, product prioritization, story mapping, road mapping, user stories, and/or other software planning techniques.
- Experience using software requirements management tools such as Jira, or IBM’s Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) suite.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Bachelor’s degree
