Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Helper to join our team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will assist in food preparation, meal assembly, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Serve and greet customers, and cash handling experience is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering setting is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as knives, mixers, and ovens is preferred.
- Cash handling and Customer Service is a must.
