- 10 years' of experience in the survey/mapping field
- 2 years’ managing survey projects
- Valid drivers’ license
- Familiarity with field procedures and survey equipment
- Professional communication, written and verbal
- MnDOT survey standards and processes
- CADD software, AutoDesk Civil 3d and/or MicroStation
- LiDAR
- Photogrammetry
- Drone pilot’s license
- Land Surveying Certificate (LSIT)
