*Note: This position requires presence in our San Jose headquarters 4 days per week; Lambda's designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.
What You'll Do
Content Creation:

• Generate creative concepts for instructional and training videos that highlight the technical prowess of our products.
• Develop visually appealing narratives to make complex technical information accessible to a broad audience.
• Write technical documentation that addresses customer questions, provides instructions on troubleshooting processes, system setup,and more.

Video Production:

• Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring the capture of compelling footage that meets industry standards.
• Create engaging and informative content, including hands-on demonstrations, interviews, and product showcases.
• Edit and refine raw video footage to produce polished and visually compelling final content.
• Integrate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the educational value of the videos.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, technical teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of technical details.
• Work alongside the marketing team to align video content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.

Creativity and Innovation:

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the video content creation process.
• Experiment with new approaches and techniques to continuously elevate the quality and impact of our video content.

You

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Have a proven track record as a video content creator, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Understand server hardware and cloud products, and can explain technical concepts engagingly.
• Are skilled in video editing software & motion graphic tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Camtasia.
• Possess exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and thrive in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in machine learning or computer hardware industry.

Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $100,000-$130,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
