job summary : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
Understands and follows all job, plant safety and environmental procedures, reports any unsafe conditions and spills. Safety procedures include, but are not limited to : Lockout / Tagout, personal protective equipment, hazard communications and hearing conservation.
Daily check all limit switches and machine guarding, and follow all safety procedures, reporting and assuring that any gaps in operating the equipment safely are addressed and corrected immediately
Understands and follows QMS, HACCP, & NEMS in assigned area(s). Knows line / area standards or requirements. Works efficiently in areas lacking established productivity standards.
Routinely completes all specified paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years of maintenance manufacturing experience, 5 years of hands on maintenance / mechanical experience. Knowledge of high speed production / packaging equipment preferred.
