Position Summary

Sovah Health is looking for the ideal candidate who will maintain all aspects of plumbing to include installation and repairs drain lines, supply lines and fixtures.

Directs the work of the plumbing shop.

Install, maintain, repair and modify all new and existing plumbing lines, fixtures, and related equipment.

Maintain all waste disposal equipment and storm sewer distribution systems.

Maintains Medical Gas distribution systems and related equipment.

Assist in repairs of steam distribution and return systems and any other piping system throughout complex

Collect and test all water and sewer samples required by regulatory authorities.

Pick up material and supplies from local vendors.

Order all material and supplies for stock and special project as needed.

Schedule work and repairs to systems and equipment as needed.

Make repairs to pumps and related equipment.

Install all plumbing and medical gas piping systems required by renovation projects.

Keeps accurate and legible record of all sewer samples

Maintains all records required by the City of Danville Water Department on back flows

Maintains all records required on sprinkler valves and Red Tag System

Maintains accurate records of repairs, pm’s, etc.
