H&H Property Management looking for full-time Maintenance Tech for a 72-unit apartment community in Danville, VA

The Maintenance tech's responsibilities will include: Assisting the maintenance team complete all residents' maintenance requests, getting vacant units ready for new move-ins, and serving our residents.

We also have a sister property across town that is 168 - units. Our maintenance team at both properties shares the after-hours maintenance schedule and will help out with special projects between the properties as needed.

No experience is needed, but familiarity with carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, or electrical is a plus!

Pay: The estimated pay range is $15-$16 an hour depending on your experience, skills and what you bring to our team. Plus monthly commissions every time a resident renews their lease.

This job is 40 hours a week Monday through Friday and you will take turns being on call for after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance calls.

This is a physically demanding position.

• Must be able to carry 40 pounds at a time and walk upstairs or across the large property frequently.
• Help assist with fridge and stove delivery and installs.
