Primary Responsibilities
Oversee job expectations of sales personnel
Complete annual sales need assessment and market analysis
Identify and establish revenue, collection, and activity goals
Compare past and projected revenues to sales goals
Increase sales revenue and achieve sales goals
Oversees and implements professional sales training, priority response training, ancillary services training, and business training
Reviews project documentation
Manage sales on-call scheduling
Manage storm team file documentation
Monitor and coach sales activities
Evaluate sales staff performance including overseeing the estimating process
Manage and improve customer satisfaction, including overseeing the estimating process
Overseeing T & M usage
Storm set up and logistics
Improve Sales technology
Gain additional restoration certifications
Necessary Experience and Skill Set
Five years sales or customer service experience, with demonstrated history of sales ability and growth
Required to have Xactimate software experience
Effective oral and written communication
IICRC Certification required
Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to meet people in new or difficult situations and build rapport
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment while being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multi-task
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
Experience with professional sales or marketing associations a plus
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
40 Hours Base plus commission with uncapped potential increases based on sales
