TOWN OF LAKE PARK
Executive Assistant Human Resources Department
Under the supervision of the Assistant Town Manager/Human Resources Director, performs a wide variety of highly responsible and complex administrative duties involving secretarial, analytical, and technical support by performing all necessary duties. Responsible for posting job advertisements for the recruitment of qualified individuals to fill Town positions; reviewing job applications and preparing candidate matrices outlining qualifications of applicants; and, scheduling job interviews of employment applicants for various Town departments. Also responsible for conducting criminal background and employment reference checks on job applicants. Conducts new employee orientations and prepares employee evaluation packets and submits the same to the Department Directors. Participates in the planning of and helping to facilitate annual employee insurance open enrollment sessions. Performs other related job duties as assigned.

This is a full-time on-site position.
Pay range: $23.16 to $37.06 per hour. Starting rate dependent upon qualifications. Excellent benefits.
