The call center agent will take inbound and make outbound calls for a variety of customer and partner related issues.
salary: $19 - $20 per hourResponsibilities
Operating in a call center environment providing outstanding customer service. Answering inbound and outbound calls, processing emails, chat and callback interactions.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE MANAGING HIGH CALL VOLUMES.
Work Schedule: Shift availability from 7 am to 7 pm.
