We are responsible for the deployment, upkeep, and day-to-day operations of 12 security tools that coverglobally. We address issues caused by our security tools as they are brought to us, in a help desk style workflow. We plan and execute both agent upgrades on the thousands of endpoints at company as well as keep our platforms up to date.
This role would be assisting the Security Operations team in the day-to-day tasks of security tool console management, password rotations, addressing level 1 tickets via Service Now or JIRA, applying security patches to both the application and the server as they are identified and helping to create and/or edit internal wiki articles as needed and in relation to the work completed.
