Job Details
Will have knowledge of support procedures for many applications including PCs, laptops, office phones, and mobile devices
location: LOS ANGELES, California

salary: $30.00 - 33.33 per hour
work hours: 9am to 4pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing a wide array of onsite problem determination and resolution processes of desktop hardware and software by means of system administration, hardware maintenance, repairs, software installations and general configurations and support
- Install new / rebuild existing PC's configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, among others
- Propose changes or solutions to products and services for optimal business results as well as investigate customer relationship problems.

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
