About the Role

As a key member of our growing talent team, you will own end-to-end recruiting to attract and hire world-class business talent. This is an opportunity to partner directly with our Finance, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, Legal, and Partnerships teams. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent candidate experience from start to finish as well as maintaining a high bar for attracting top talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with our Leadership team members and other hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of our non-technical roles (Sales, Finance, Business Development, Legal, People & Executive team) and how they fit into the organization

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches across the organization

  • Lead the development of various recruiting strategies, with a focus on delivering innovative and scalable solutions to meet the hiring needs of each function

  • Help define and implement creative sourcing strategies for talent pipelines

  • Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders

  • Drive offer processes for candidates, including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters

  • Build and implement creative diversity and inclusion hiring strategies that ensure a high-touch candidate experience

  • Lead intake meetings with stakeholders to qualify and understand the requirements/qualifications for business job profiles

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle Sales and/or Business recruiting experience in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup

  • Experience working in both pipeline and requisition-based recruiting environments

  • Experience working with and building full-cycle recruiting strategies with hiring managers

  • Demonstrated experience in effectively building relationships, influencing and communicating cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skills

Nice to Haves

  • Demonstrated knowledge of GTM-aligned job profiles, e.g., Product Marketing, Partnerships, Accounting, Legal Counsel, Account Management, Customer Success, and Risk Strategy & Operations

  • Experience with our suite of recruiting tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter)
