Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and payment processing - Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management - Perform personal assistant duties for management as needed Qualifications: - Proven experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using phone systems and office management software - Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in an administrative or front desk position is preferred As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests.
