Ramada by Wyndham, Strasburg is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor to help ensure the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions and guest folios
- Verify and balance daily guest accounts and charges
- Prepare reports summarizing daily revenue, occupancy rates, and other relevant data -Answer and route calls as appropriate
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Front desk duties, including check-in/check-out procedures
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests -Prepares breakfast
-Prepares housekeeping reports - Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
